We offer hassle-free exchanges and returns within 5 days of delivery.
Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
Prepaid Orders: We do not offer any cancellations on prepaid orders. In any adverse case where a prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be provided in the form of store credit only.
Partial COD Orders: Cancellations for partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payments will also be provided strictly in the form of store credit.

Mandatory Return Handover Proof: As soon as the courier representative picks up your return parcel, please share an image or video of you handing over the correct parcel to the representative via email to care.houseofniav@gmail.com. In the event of any losses during transit or the product getting misplaced, the Quality Check (QC) will be marked as failed if this video/photo proof is not provided.
To qualify for an exchange or return:
1. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
2. Items sent back without prior approval or beyond the 5-day window will not be processed.
3. Products failing our quality check (QC) will be returned to the customer, and no exchange or store credit will be issued.
As a small business, we charge minimal logistics fees to cover handling and courier costs:
Exchange Fee: ₹200
Return Fee: ₹250
These charges do not apply if your item is defective, damaged, or missing.
We do not offer cash refunds.
All approved returns are refunded as store credit, which will:
1. Be issued after we receive the item and it passes QC.
2. Remain valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
After expiry, the store credit will no longer be redeemable.
Store credits can be used on any future order at House of Niav.
The entire exchange or return process may take up to 15 business days, depending on courier timelines and stock availability.
New dispatches or store credit issuance will be processed only after we receive your returned item and it successfully passes QC.
House of Niav reserves the right to decline an exchange or return if:
1. The returned item is used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
2. The item is sent without tags or original packaging.
3. The request is made after the 5-day window.
4. There is low or no stock availability for the requested exchange.
5. No return or exchange on made to order and delicate pieces.
We may also deny repeated exchange or return requests from the same customer to prevent misuse.
For damage or defect claims, please share unboxing videos or clear photos when raising the request.
Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
