How Your Cashback Works

* Enjoy 50% cashback on your eligible purchase during our Rakhi Sale.
* Your cashback will be added to your House of Niav account as Store Credit.
* For prepaid orders, your Store Credit will be added to your account within 48 hours of placing your order.
* For COD orders, your Store Credit will be added once your order has been successfully delivered.
* Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is credited.

Enjoy Your Store Credit

* Your Store Credit can be used across multiple purchases during its 6-month validity.
* You can use Store Credit for up to 1/3rd of your order value, giving you the flexibility to enjoy your cashback while shopping more from House of Niav.
* For example, if you have ₹6,000 in Store Credit, you can use the full ₹6,000 towards an order of ₹18,000 or more.
* Your Store Credit can be combined with other ongoing coupons, discounts and promotional offers, so you can make the most of your House of Niav shopping experience.

A Little Note About Delivery

We’re expecting a much higher volume of orders during our Rakhi Sale, so our usual delivery timelines may be slightly longer than normal.

Please allow a little extra buffer for processing and delivery while our team works to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the sale. 🤍

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

* Cashback applies to successfully delivered orders. Orders that are cancelled, returned before delivery, or returned to origin (RTO) are not eligible for cashback.
* Returns and exchanges continue to work as per our regular House of Niav return and exchange policy.
* Store Credit is issued to your House of Niav account and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* In the unlikely event of fraudulent activity or misuse of the offer, House of Niav reserves the right to review or adjust the Store Credit issued.
* The Rakhi Cashback offer is available only during the specified Rakhi Sale period.
* Store Credit expires 6 months after it is credited and cannot be extended after expiry.
