How Your Cashback Works
Enjoy 150% cashback on your eligible purchase during our Flat 150% Cashback offer.
Your cashback will be provided as House Of Niav Store Credit.
For prepaid orders, your cashback coupon code will be sent to your registered email address within 48 hours of placing your order.
For COD orders, cashback will be issued only after your order has been successfully delivered. Cashback is not applicable to COD orders before delivery.
Once your COD order has been delivered, please reach out to care.houseofniav@gmail.com with your order details to claim your cashback.
Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is credited.
Enjoy Your Store Credit
Your Store Credit can be used across multiple purchases during its 6-month validity.
You can use your Store Credit on an order worth 3 times the value of the Store Credit you wish to redeem.
For example: If you place an eligible order worth ₹4,000, you will receive ₹6,000 in Store Credit as 150% cashback.
You can then use the full ₹6,000 in Store Credit on a future order worth ₹18,000 or more.
Your Store Credit can be combined with other ongoing coupons, discounts and promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.
A Little Note About Delivery
We’re expecting a higher volume of orders during our Flat 150% Cashback offer, so our usual delivery timelines may be slightly longer than normal.
Please allow a little extra buffer for processing and delivery while our team works to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. 🤍
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Cashback applies only to successfully delivered orders. Orders that are cancelled, returned before delivery, or returned to origin (RTO) are not eligible for cashback.
For COD orders, cashback can only be claimed after the order has been successfully delivered. Please email care.houseofniav@gmail.com after delivery to receive your cashback.
Returns and exchanges continue to work as per our regular House Of Niav return and exchange policy.
Store Credit is issued as House Of Niav Store Credit, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the unlikely event of fraudulent activity or misuse of the offer, House Of Niav reserves the right to review or adjust the Store Credit issued.
The Flat 150% Cashback offer is available only during the specified offer period.
Store Credit expires 6 months after it is credited and cannot be extended after expiry.
