BUY 2 GET 1 FREE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Under the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, customers must add any three eligible products to their cart. The lowest-priced eligible product in the cart will automatically be discounted and made free at checkout.

2. The Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer is valid only on eligible products and for a limited period as determined by House of Niav.

3. Products purchased under the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.

4. Products purchased under the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer are eligible only for a one-time size exchange, subject to availability.

5. Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery of the order.

6. In the event that the requested size is unavailable, no refund, return, store credit, or alternate product shall be provided.

7. Any exchanged product shall continue to remain subject to the same Buy 2 Get 1 Free terms and conditions.

8. If a customer receives a defective product, a clear unboxing video and defect video must be shared with our team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

9. Upon verification of the defect claim by House of Niav, the defective product shall be eligible only for a replacement or exchange. No refund or store credit shall be provided.

10. Orders placed under the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer may be subject to extended processing and delivery timelines due to increased order volumes during the promotional period.

11. Store credit cannot be used to place orders under the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer.

12. Gift cards, coupon codes, promotional codes, reward points, referral credits, and any other discounts or offers cannot be combined with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer.

13. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before the offer period.

14. In the event of cancellation, refusal of delivery, non-acceptance, or any modification to the order that results in the offer conditions no longer being fulfilled, House of Niav reserves the right to cancel the promotional benefit.

15. House of Niav reserves the right to cancel any order found to be in violation of these terms or suspected of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

16. All products are subject to stock availability. House of Niav reserves the right to substitute, remove, or discontinue any product from the offer without prior notice.

17. House of Niav reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, withdraw, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

18. By placing an order under the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

19. In case of any dispute, the decision of House of Niav shall be final and binding.
